Where do you ship?

We ship all across the United States. Currently, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S. due to safety, quality, and customs concerns.

Can I pick a specific date for the delivery of the order?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for your order. Because it does take time to process and pack your order, and because Scafuri Bakery relies on other companies to deliver our cookies (USPS and Federal Express), it is challenging to guarantee specific days & times. However, if this is a pressing matter, and your request coincides with our current operating hours, you can email us at info@scafuribakery.com and we can attempt to process your request using overnight delivery. Please understand this is not always an option, and during COVID-19 operations, delays can occur with the bakery and the postal service.

Can I include a note with my order if I am sending something as a gift?

Of course! During checkout you can type in the "add a note" field and we will include a note in the box on a beautiful Scafuri postcard.

Can I place an order and pick it up in the shop?

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup using the online order form. Feel free to stop by our Taylor Street location or email us at info@scafuribakery.com to arrange in-store pickup. Sometimes a minimum quantity is required. Typically a minimum 72 notice is required.

How many Italian cookies are in a pound?

The weight varies between cookie varieties and batches. All of our cookies are made by hand, not machine, that's the Scafuri Difference. Unfortunately we cannot specify an amount; in general Tri-Color, Anise, and Lemon Knots would be a heavier cookie and Sprinkled Butter Cookies, Cuccidati, and Pignoli would be lighter.  How can I find out the status of my order?

Your confirmation email contains your order number and explains the next steps in the process. You will receive a shipping notification email once your order is complete. Please refer to the FAQs for more information about the process. Please do not call or email the bakery unless your order requires immediate attention and cannot be resolved by reading the FAQs. We love to chat, but are operating with a skeleton crew and are very busy little elves!
